Awarded to an established professional artist, performer, or author who has demonstrated through one or more bodies of work creative originality, professional maturity, and artistic leadership. These individuals may be living or deceased.

  - References should be PDF format, and can include emails, cards, website testimonials, customer comment cards, etc.
  - Reference letters must be dated no earlier than January 2023.

  Name the company or companies who assisted you in the presentation of your entry. (Separate by commas.)
