Independent Panel of Judges consists of external key community figures from across Ontario who bring their professional experience and unique perspectives to the panel. Together, they assess each submission and determine which companies deserve awards in each category. Judges will review the submissions and rate nominations against provided criteria through a secure online system to determine the top three finalists in each category.

City of Barrie staff are not involved in selecting nominees or finalists.
