Description
Presented to an artist, performer, or writer who has demonstrated creative originality through a body of work despite living with a continuous or recurrent mental or physical disability that results in a substantial restriction in their ability to work, care for themselves, or take part in community life. These individuals may be living or deceased. This award includes a $1,000 honorarium.

- Reference letters must be dated no earlier than January 2023.
