Awarded to an individual, duo, or collective that has played a significant role in the development of an arts organization or program or contributed to the overall arts community in building capacity and enriching the lives of Barrie residents and the local environment. These individuals may be living or deceased.

  - Letters of reference must be from one of the following categories: community organizations, business, customers, peers, or employees.
  - References should be PDF format, and can include emails, cards, website testimonials, customer comment cards, etc.
  - Reference letters must be dated no earlier than January 2023.
• Design Credit
  Name the company or companies who assisted you in the presentation of your entry. (Separate by commas.)
